JNK signaling pathway is required for the expression of MRP1 induced by AITC. (a) 16HBE14o- cells were pretreated with SP600125 for 60 min before presence or absence of 40 μM AITC for 24 h, and then the expression of MRP1 protein was measured by Western blot. Densitometric analysis of data from 16HBE14o- cells shows the effects of AITC and/or JNK on MRP1 levels (b) and relative expression of p-JNK/t-JNK (c).
