HSP27 Alleviates Cardiac Aging in Mice via a Mechanism Involving Antioxidation and Mitophagy Activation

<div>HSP27 increases PINK1 and Parkin expression in the hearts of old mice. The hearts were collected from 24-month-old mice. Protein extracts were prepared for immunoblot analysis against PINK1 and Parkin.
