THSG reversed the decrease in klotho and FOXO1 protein expression mediated by Ang II in NRK-52E rat renal tubular epithelial cells in vitro. Cells were stimulated with or without Ang II (100 nmol/L) for 24 h and treated with or without THSG for 24 h. The expression of proteins was detected using Western blotting, and relative densities were normalized to GAPDH expression levels (each group ). Data are expressed as mean ± SD. versus control group; versus Ang II-stimulated group.
