Cytoprotective and Cytotoxic Effects of Rice Bran Extracts in Rat H9c2(2-1) Cardiomyocytes

<div>Cell viability curves of H9c2(2-1) cells treated with different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide (H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>). The insets showed the inhibition concentration (IC<sub>50</sub>) of H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> on H9c2(2-1) cells determined via GraphPad Prism (GraphPad Software, Inc., USA). Best fit curve was drawn using Excel for visual purpose.
