PEG 35 preconditioning contribution to cytoskeleton preservation. Images of confocal microscopy show that, in PEG 35 pretreated livers, filamentous actins (red) and hepatocytes morphology were better preserved when compared with nontreated ones. Also, PEG 35 pretreatment at 10 mg/kg enhances significantly F-actin/G-actin ratio and phospo-p38 protein levels.
