Cytotoxicity of TMT on N2a cells. N2a cells were treated with different concentrations of TMT (0.46875~120 μM) for 24 h. Cell viability was detected by MTT assay as described in Section 2 (a). Cells were treated with or without 300 μg/mL LBP and 3.75 μM TMT for 24 h, and cell viability was also determined by MTT assay (b). The morphological changes in N2a cells after TMT and/or LBP treatment for 24 h were observed under an inverted light microscope, scale bar: 50 μm (c).
