Effects of antagonists on TMT-induced apoptosis in N2a cells. N2a cells were pretreated with or without different inhibitors at different time points in the following concentrations: LY2940002, 10 μM; GDC-0449, 30 μM, followed by incubation with or without 3.75 μM TMT for another 24 h. Cell survival rate was calculated and represented as mean ± SD () (a). Cells were collected and stained with PE-Annexin-V and 7-AAD for 5 min. The samples were analyzed through flow cytometry. The percentage of apoptosis cells based on the total cell population analyzed was determined (b).
