Extracellular Vesicles from Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Downregulate Senescence Features in Osteoarthritic Osteoblasts

<div>Release of inflammatory mediators. IL-6 (a) and TNF<i>α</i> (b) were measured by ELISA; PGE<sub>2</sub> (c) was measured by radioimmunoassay in cell culture supernatants of OA osteoblasts. Cultures were treated with IL-1<i>β</i> and/or MV, EX, or CM for 24 h.
