Coenzyme Q10 Regulates Antioxidative Stress and Autophagy in Acute Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury

<div>Relative fluorescence density of DAPI/Bak/Bax in rats with acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Sham group’s DAPI, Bax, or Bak fluorescence density was set as 100 standard density. Other groups’ DAPI, Bax, or Bak fluorescence density was present as relative fluorescence density compared with sham group. Six samples were selected from each group, and three horizons were observed in the ischemic penumbra of each sample (×400). (a) CQ10 increases DAPI fluorescence density.
