A Positive Feedback Loop of Profilin-1 and RhoA/ROCK1 Promotes Endothelial Dysfunction and Oxidative Stress

<div>RhoA/ROCK1 activation mediated profilin-1-induced cell damage and ROS production. HUVECs stably overexpressing profilin-1 were treated with 5 <i>μ</i>g/ml CT-04 or 10 <i>μ</i>M Y-27632 for 24 h.
