Protective effects of aqueous FLJ extracts against HQ-induced oxidative damage L02 cells treated with 0 and 160 μM HQ and 0.25, 0.50, and 1.00 g/mL FLJ + HQ for 12 h. MDA and LPO levels as the indexes of lipid peroxidation and the SOD, GSH, and GSH-Px activities as antioxidant enzymes were detected by using commercial kits for oxidative stress.
