High Glucose-Induced ROS Production Stimulates Proliferation of Pancreatic Cancer via Inactivating the JNK Pathway

The JNK inhibitor SP600125 promotes the proliferation of high glucose-induced pancreatic cancer cells. (a) PANC-1 and CFPAC-1 cells cultured in LG and HG media for 24 h in the presence or absence of SP600125 (10 μM).
