Flutamide Induces Hepatic Cell Death and Mitochondrial Dysfunction via Inhibition of Nrf2-Mediated Heme Oxygenase-1

<div>Flutamide concentration dependently induced cytotoxicity in HepG2 cells. Cells were treated with flutamide at various concentrations (0–200 <i>μ</i>M) for 24 h. Cytotoxicity was evaluated by CCK-8 assays for cell viability (a) and LDH assays for LDH leakage (b).
