Protective Effects of Taraxasterol against Ethanol-Induced Liver Injury by Regulating CYP2E1/Nrf2/HO-1 and NF-<i>κ</i>B Signaling Pathways in Mice

<div>Effects of taraxasterol on the contents of TG in sera and liver tissues in mice with ethanol-induced liver injury. The mice were treated with taraxasterol (2.5, 5, and 10 mg/kg, respectively) or TPN and induced with EtOH as described in Materials and Methods. The contents of TG in sera and liver tissues were determined by commercial reagent kits. The values represent the means ± SEMs and are expressed as mmol/l of sera and mmol/g of liver protein. <svg height="12.1645pt" id="M23" style="vertical-align:-0.6370001pt" version="1.1"
