Protective Effects of Taraxasterol against Ethanol-Induced Liver Injury by Regulating CYP2E1/Nrf2/HO-1 and NF-<i>κ</i>B Signaling Pathways in Mice

<div>Effects of taraxasterol on the production of serum TNF-<i>α</i> and IL-6 in mice with ethanol-induced liver injury. The mice were treated with taraxasterol (2.5, 5, and 10 mg/kg, respectively) or TPN and induced with EtOH as described in Materials and Methods. The levels of serum TNF-<i>α</i> and IL-6 were determined by ELISA kits.
