Resveratrol Reverses Thioacetamide-Induced Renal Assault with respect to Oxidative Stress, Renal Function, DNA Damage, and Cytokine Release in Wistar Rats

Effect of thioacetamide-induced changes alone and combined with resveratrol on the levels of kidney function and oxidative stress markers. Data are represented as of three independently performed experiments; each group had 8 rats for all experiments conducted: TAA-treated, 0.3% for two weeks; RSV-treated, 10 mg/kg bw for 2 weeks; and TAA+RSV-treated, 0.3%+10 mg/kg bw simultaneously for 2 weeks.
