Detection of ROS level by fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry analysis using DCFH-DA labeling. MCs were exposed to 3 J/cm2 UVA for 24 h and were then treated with 1 mM VC for an additional 24 h. Untreated or treated cells were loaded with 10 μM DCFH-DA in serum-free medium for 30 min in the dark.
