Prevention of Huntington’s Disease-Like Behavioral Deficits in R6/1 Mouse by Tolfenamic Acid Is Associated with Decreases in Mutant Huntingtin and Oxidative Stress

<div>Effect of tolfenamic acid on body weight and brain weight in R6/1 mice. R6/1 mice exhibited a progressive decrease in body weight (a, b) and a decrease in brain weight (c) compared with control mice. Tolfenamic acid treatment attenuated losses in brain weight, but not body weight.
