Dibromoacetic Acid Induced Hepatotoxicity in Mice through Oxidative Stress and Toll-Like Receptor 4 Signaling Pathway Activation

The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and glycogen. Balb/c mice were orally administrated with DBA at the dose of 1.25, 5, and 20 mg/kg for 28 days. After DBA treatment, the mice were sacrificed. Serum was separated from whole blood and analyzed for (a) ALT, (b) AST, and (c) glycogen.
