The effects of 2 and 4 hours of incubation of celastrol with LOVO/DX cells on the frequency of early and late apoptosis. The cells were double stained with Annexin V-FITC and PI fluorescent dyes (FITC Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit) and analyzed by flow cytometry.
