Neutrophil Elastase Inhibitors Suppress Oxidative Stress in Lung during Liver Transplantation

<div>Effects of neutrophil elastase inhibitor on pulmonary oxidative stress post-OALT. Lung oxidative stress was evaluated at 8 h post-OALT in the lung of the rat which was given rSERPINB1 for 24 h or sivelestat sodium hydrate for 1 h before surgery. HO-1 expression in the lung was detected by immunofluorescence ((a) and (b): 200x).
