Effects of RSV and the selective inhibitor LY294002 on H2O2-induced cytotoxicity in IPEC-J2 cells. IPEC-J2 cells were pretreated with 25 μM LY294002 for 2 h and then treated with 50 μM RSV for 4 h before incubation with 500 μM H2O2 for 4 hours.
