The Role of Nrf2 Signaling Pathway in <i>Eucommia ulmoides</i> Flavones Regulating Oxidative Stress in the Intestine of Piglets

<div>Cell viability and cytotoxicity. IPEC-J2 cells were treated with DMEM-H medium (control) or with 70 <i>μ</i>M paraquat (PQ) or 1.9 <i>μ</i>M specific Nrf2 inhibitor (ML385) for 12 h. Cell viability was measured using the Cell Counting Kit-8 from Dojindo Molecular Technologies. Cytotoxicity was determined by lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release using the LDH Cytotoxicity Assay Kit from Beyotime Institute of Biotechnology.
