Flow cytometry analysis of Zerumbone-induced apoptosis in U-87 MG cells stained with annexin V-FITC/PI. Cells shown in the lower right (annexin V+/PI−) are undergoing apoptosis. Cells shown in the upper right (annexin V+/PI+) are undergoing necrosis. There was no difference between the concentrations of Zerumbone statistically.
