Alizarin Red S over 21 days of differentiation. Con: control group, medium+vehicle; AST: astaxanthin group. The mineralization of the AST groups was higher than that of the control group. The area of red staining in the 10 μg/ml dose group and the 1 mg/ml dose group was larger than that of the control group, and the area of the 10 μg/ml dose group was larger than that of the 1 mg/ml dose group.
