The Nrf2/PGC1α Pathway Regulates Antioxidant and Proteasomal Activity to Alter Cisplatin Sensitivity in Ovarian Cancer

Proteasome inhibition enhances the antioxidant and antiapoptosis activity in SKOV3 cells but not A2780 cells. A2780 and SKOV3 cells were both treated with 100 nM Epox for 12 h.
