Melatonin Antagonizes Nickel-Induced Aerobic Glycolysis by Blocking ROS-Mediated HIF-1<i>α</i>/miR210/ISCU Axis Activation

<div>Effects of melatonin on nickel-induced HIF-1<i>α</i> accumulation. The levels of HIF-1<i>α</i> protein in cells exposed to nickel with or without melatonin were evaluated by western blot (a). HIF-1<i>α</i> expression was silenced by transfection with RNAi construct.
