(b) Western blotting analysis of the expression of apoptotic proteins. The expression levels of Bax, procaspase-9, cleaved caspase-9, and procaspase-3 were detected. In the protected group, PC-12 cells were pretreated with different concentrations of QUE for 2 h and subsequently incubated with 500 μM H₂O₂ for an additional 6 h.
