[Retracted] Total Glucosides of Peony Protect Cardiomyocytes against Oxidative Stress and Inflammation by Reversing Mitochondrial Dynamics and Bioenergetics

<div>TGP maintains mitochondrial dynamics through the AMPK pathway. (a, b) Western blots were used to observe the alteration of AMPK in cardiomyocytes treated with TGP in the presence of hydrogen peroxide. Drp1 adenovirus was transfected into cardiomyocytes to overexpress Drp1. (c) ELISA was used to evaluate the activity of AMPK. (d, e) RNA was isolated from cardiomyocytes, then the transcription of MCP1<i>α</i> and MCP1 was analyzed using qPCR.
