Sodium Tanshinone IIA Sulfonate Attenuates Erectile Dysfunction in Rats with Hyperlipidemia

<div>H<sub>2</sub>S production in STS-pretreated CSMC. (a) Effect of STS pretreatment on H<sub>2</sub>S production in H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-treated CSMC. The CSMC were treated with 100 <i>μ</i>M H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> for 12 hours with or without 2 hours of STS (1 <i>μ</i>g/ml, 5 <i>μ</i>g/ml, and 10 <i>μ</i>g/ml) pretreatment.
