GSEA showed that high expression of GPX2 is positively correlated with an oxidative phosphorylation gene set, a drug metabolism cytochrome P450 gene set, a reactome regulation of mitotic cell cycle gene set, a hallmark glycolysis gene set, a glycolysis and gluconeogenesis gene set, and a hallmark DNA repair gene set.
