Effects of NAC on the viability of AG8 against TNBC cells. MDA-MB-231, BT-549, and MDA-MB-157 cells were seeded in 6-well plates at a density of 100,000 cells per well and treated 24 h later with AG8 or vehicle control (DMSO) ± NAC (4 mM) for 24 h. Cell viability was assessed by the MTT assay and expressed as % optical density relative to that in DMSO-treated cells. Data () are expressed as from three independent experiments, and versus AG8.
