Changes in intracellular NO levels in T. rubrum (% vs. the control group, &, vs. the T. rubrum+HaCaT cell group). The T+HaCaT group means that the HaCaT cells were cocultured with T. rubrum. The T+L(0.4)+HaCaT group is the T. rubrum+L-NMMA(0.4 mM)+HaCaT cell group, and the T+L(0.8)+HaCaT group is the T. rubrum+L-NMMA(0.8 mM)+HaCaT cell group.
