Ganoderma lucidum Triterpenoids (GLTs) Reduce Neuronal Apoptosis via Inhibition of ROCK Signal Pathway in APP/PS1 Transgenic Alzheimer’s Disease Mice

<div>The protective effect of GLTs on hippocampal neuron AD model cells. Hippocampal neuron AD model cells were induced by A<i>β</i><sub>25-35</sub> treatment. (a) Cell proliferation activity of neurons under A<i>β</i><sub>25-35</sub> or GLT treatment was determined by MTT assay. (b) The SOD expression level in each group was measured by SOD test kit.
