Mangiferin Inhibits PDGF-BB-Induced Proliferation and Migration of Rat Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells and Alleviates Neointimal Formation in Mice through the AMPK/Drp1 Axis

<div>Mangiferin inhibited the PDGF-BB-induced proliferation and migration of RSMCs. (a, b) The migration ability of RSMCs was evaluated using the scratch assay after treatment with various concentrations of mangiferin with or without 20 ng/ml PDGF-BB for 24 hours.
