Mangiferin Inhibits PDGF-BB-Induced Proliferation and Migration of Rat Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells and Alleviates Neointimal Formation in Mice through the AMPK/Drp1 Axis

<div>Mangiferin inhibited PDGF-BB-induced dedifferentiation of RSMCs. (a–d) The protein expression levels of <i>α</i>-SMA, SM22<i>α</i>, and CNN1 were detected using western blot after RSMCs were treated with different concentrations of mangiferin with or without 20 ng/ml PDGF-BB for 24 hours. (e) The expression levels of <i>α</i>-SMA, SM22<i>α</i>, and CNN1 were determined using immunofluorescence after RSMCs were treated with mangiferin with or without 20 ng/ml PDGF-BB for 24 hours.
