Polydatin Induces Differentiation and Radiation Sensitivity in Human Osteosarcoma Cells and Parallel Secretion through Lipid Metabolite Secretion

<div>PD increases BAP activity and mineralization: (a) effect of PD on both bone (BAP) and hepatic alkaline phosphatase (HAP) activities in Saos-2 cells. Cells were treated with 48 <i>μ</i>M of polydatin and BAP and HAP activities measured using a colorimetric assay.
