MCC950, the NLRP3 Inhibitor, Protects against Cartilage Degradation in a Mouse Model of Osteoarthritis

<div>MCC950 inhibited NLRP3 expression in IL-1<i>β</i>-treated chondrocytes. Mouse chondrocytes were stimulated with 5 ng/ml IL-1<i>β</i> for 24 h after pretreatment with MCC950 for 2 h.
