Grape Seed Proanthocyanidins Inhibit Migration and Invasion of Bladder Cancer Cells by Reversing EMT through Suppression of TGF-<i>β</i> Signaling Pathway

<div>GSPs inhibit the secretion of MMP-2/9 of T24 (a) and 5637 (b) cells. Subconfluent cells were treated with different concentrations of GSPs in a serum-free medium for 24 h. The conditioned medium was collected. The activities of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in conditioned medium were detected by gelatin zymography and the results were quantified.
