Grape Seed Proanthocyanidins Inhibit Migration and Invasion of Bladder Cancer Cells by Reversing EMT through Suppression of TGF-<i>β</i> Signaling Pathway

<div>GSPs inhibit the TGF-<i>β</i> signal pathway. 5637 cells were treated with GSPs in the presence or absence of 5 ng/ml of TGF-<i>β</i> for 24 h. The expression of indicated signaling molecules was detected by western blotting and the results were quantified.
