Artemisinin Reverses Glucocorticoid-Induced Injury in Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells through Regulation of ERK1/2-CREB Signaling Pathway

<div>The protective effect of artemisinin was attenuated by ERK1/2 inhibitor PD98059. BMSCs were treated with 10 <i>μ</i>M PD98059 for 30 min. This step was followed by 1.0 <i>μ</i>M artemisinin treatment for 1 h and 30 <i>μ</i>M DEXA treatment for 24 h.
