Artemisinin Reverses Glucocorticoid-Induced Injury in Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells through Regulation of ERK1/2-CREB Signaling Pathway

<div>Artemisinin decreased intracellular ROS levels induced by DEXA. BMSCs were pretreated with 1.0 <i>μ</i>M artemisinin or 0.1% DMSO (vehicle control) for 1 h, followed by 24 h exposure to 30 <i>μ</i>M DEXA.
