Effects of CPM on nuclear transcription of Nrf2 in H₂O₂-induced PC12 cells. PC12 cells were treated with CPM (60, 80, and 100 μg/mL) for 2 h, subsequently subjected to H₂O₂ (200 μM) for 4 h. The nuclear transcription of Nrf2 was determined by laser confocal microscopy.
