Antiepileptic Effects of Cicadae Periostracum on Mice and Its Antiapoptotic Effects in H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-Stimulated PC12 Cells via Regulation of PI3K/Akt/Nrf2 Signaling Pathways

<div>Effect of CPM on the expression level of apoptosis-related proteins in the hippocampus of mice induced by PTZ. Rats were divided into five groups: normal group (normal mice were treated with normal saline alone, 20 mL/kg, p.o.), model group (mice were treated with PTZ and normal saline), and three tested CPM groups (mice were treated with PTZ and CPM at the doses of 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg, p.o.). Hippocampus tissues were collected, and the expression of all proteins was detected by western blotting.
