Effects of CPM on ROS levels (a) and antioxidant enzyme activities (b) in H2O2-induced PC12 cells. PC12 cells were treated with CPM (60, 80, and 100 μg/mL) for 2 h, subsequently subjected to H2O2 (200 μM) for 4 h. The intracellular ROS levels were observed by laser confocal microscopy.
