Inhibition of SCD1 activity sensitized pancreatic cancer ferroptosis in vitro and in vivo. (a, b) PANC1 and Patu8988 cancer cells were pretreated with DMSO or A939572 (5 μM) for 48 hours followed by the addition of erastin (5 μM for PANC1 and 40 μM for Patu8988) for an additional 24 hours.
