PAR2 Deficiency Induces Mitochondrial ROS Generation and Dysfunctions, Leading to the Inhibition of Adipocyte Differentiation

<div>Expression profile of mitochondria-related genes is changed only in adipose tissues of PAR2 KO mice. Tissues were isolated from male WT and PAR2 KO mice (aged 5 weeks). The mRNA expression levels of mitochondrial genes were analyzed in the (<a href="/journals/omcl/2021/6683033/#B45">45</a>) sWAT, (d) liver, (e) skeletal muscle, and (f) kidney tissues by qPCR.
