(e) Protein expression levels of hepcidin were analyzed by western blot in HepG2 and Huh7 cells cultured in 200 mg/L DP for 48 h. (f) IF assay was used to detect hepcidin in HepG2 and Huh7 cells treated or untreated with DP. Hepcidin was stained with red color, whereas the nuclei stained with DAPI were blue.
