Catalpol-Induced AMPK Activation Alleviates Cisplatin-Induced Nephrotoxicity through the Mitochondrial-Dependent Pathway without Compromising Its Anticancer Properties

<div>CAT inhibited apoptosis and activated autophagy <i>in vivo</i>. Changes in kidney apoptosis (a), AMPK expression (b), BAX/Bcl-2 ratio (c), and LC-3 expression (d) after coadministration of CAT.
