Catalpol-Induced AMPK Activation Alleviates Cisplatin-Induced Nephrotoxicity through the Mitochondrial-Dependent Pathway without Compromising Its Anticancer Properties

<div>Cytotoxicity of cisplatin and CAT in A549, A549/PTX, and A549/DDP cells. Cells were treated with various concentrations of CAT to examine the cytotoxicity of CAT in three cell lines (a), and the cytotoxicity of cisplatin treatment combined with CAT (10 <i>μ</i>M) was assessed in A549 (b), A549/PTX (c), and A549/DDP (d).
